Demonstrated thorough knowledge of financial management practices & software in a DET setting and ability to develop policy & processes, which lead to outstanding financial practices within the College and provide high level financial planning & management advice to the Principal, leadership team and College Council. 5. Demonstrated expertise with DET Human Resource operations, Workers Compensation, superannuation, payroll, CASES21 Finance, Recruitment Online, EduPay, AIMS, SRP, Compass eduSafe and administration processes, policies & guidelines Role The Business Manager will be a member of the college Leadership Team, School Council Sub Committees including Finance and Facilities. The Business Manager will be required to manage the finance, human and physical resources of the college including the management of Education Support Staff and the provision of support and training to this team. The Business Manager will provide strategic leadership and advice to the Principal Class Team and School Council and will be an integral part of the development and implementation of school policies.
