Bistro Managers & Food and Beverage Managers
We are seeking a driven and experienced Bistro Managers and Food and Beverage Managers who can join our management team with professionalism, diligence and pride.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing front of house and/or kitchen operations;
* Creating rosters/work schedules for team;
* Providing excellent customer service to our patrons, ensuring our patrons are taken care of and their complaints resolved in an effective and efficient manner;
* Ensuring kitchen and bar services are delivered smoothly;
* Monitoring inventories and arranging stock replenishments;
* Assisting with hiring and training staff;
* Monitoring the hygiene and safety of the kitchen, bar and bistro areas;
* Ensuring staff adhere to house policies and procedures including all OH&S standards;
* Liaising with Head Chef in regards to menu changes.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in management, hospitality or similar field
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
