THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team based in Brisbane, QLD. Reporting to the Customer Success Leader, your main responsibility will be to support the Strategic Account Director in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role will be the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis with queries about products, services, orders and deliveries and will take a lead on managing moves, adds and changes within the account. Key Responsibilities: Handle the majority of inbound calls / emails from the customer to process any orders and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Strategic Account Director Research accounts, identify key planners and generate interest. Team with Strategic Account Directors to build opportunity pipeline and close deals to achieve quarterly quotas. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while liaising with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update sales and customer records. Develop monthly sales reports. Ensure all administrative tasks and duties are undertaken on behalf of the sales team. Manage contract loading process on behalf of sales teams. Liaise with internal divisions to ensure sales requirements are met. Skills & Qualifications: Proven inside sales experience, preferably with a technology company. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS excel in particular). Highly efficient in executing and managing customer expectations. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. An understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
