Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. This role involves coordinating both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing market trends to optimize our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on brand positioning and strategic outreach within the signage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website, to promote our signage services.
* Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and goals.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using these insights to enhance marketing strategies.
* SEO and SEM: Optimize content and website to improve search engine rankings and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our platforms.
* Brand Management: Uphold and enhance brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and visual presentation.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools, preparing regular reports and adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings to clients.
* Events and Networking: Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and client presentations to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM systems).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of graphic design and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging $72,000 - $82,000 + commission on sales plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
