As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for the hotel. Your primary focus will be on attracting corporate clients, event organizers, and other businesses to maximize sales revenue and occupancy rates. You will develop and implement innovative strategies to promote our hotel services and facilities while maintaining strong relationships with new client pipeline. Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Identify potential clients and market segments suitable for the hotel's offerings. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, trade shows, online platforms, and cold calling. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress using internal database tools. Conduct thorough research on potential clients' needs and preferences to tailor personalized sales pitches. Present the hotel's unique value proposition, amenities, and services to clients. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial. Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings. Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and identify unique selling points. About you: 1 -2 Years' Experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to build rapport Can multitask Self-motivated to achieve targets and surpass expectations.
