About the Role:
Responsibilities include:
1. Undertake organisational development assignments and projects to deliver high quality human resource solutions and customer outcomes.
2. Develop creative solutions to assist schools with workforce plans, structures and processes that support their core business and meet the changing needs of the department.
3. Contribute to change and relational management processes as a member of the HR Business Partnering team.
4. Establish effective working relationships with clients through the provision of best practice human resource management and consultancy services to meet strategic, business and operational objectives.
