Experience and/or skills in developing a differentiated curriculum that caters for high potential and gifted students, with proven ability to develop, co-ordinate and implement extracurricular programs, including public speaking and debating. Demonstrated ability to develop a positive and inclusive learning environment with a thorough understanding of effective behaviour management strategies that enhance student engagement, wellbeing and learning outcomes. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
