This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing strategic HR guidance while remaining hands-on with operational HR support.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policiesManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processesOversee compliance-related HR tasks, including medicals, police checks, and contract administrationSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist with workforce planning, payroll tracking, and validation meetings with FinanceDrive process improvements and contribute to broader HR projectsAbout You: To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of three years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist roleStrong attention to detail and experience managing HR documentation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to manage responsibilities independentlyThe ability to balance strategic HR advisory work with hands-on operational tasksWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary of up to $100,000 (inclusive of Super) FTEFlexible work options – part-time (3-4 days) or full-timeHybrid work arrangement – three days in the office, one day working from home (once trained)A collaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to a broad range of HR functions within a growing and fast-paced businessLocation: This role is based in Melbourne's North/West and requires a minimum of three days in the office per week.
