Our Client is a successful Australian Owned and Operated market leader in the Manufacturing of paper packaging goods and they are currently looking for an experienced Administration officer and Customer Service officer to join their dedicated team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Administration and Customer Service Manager, these roles will see you handle Customer orders from placement to being shipped to site and everything in between.
They are seeking someone with a positive attitude towards Customer Service and Administration, who is happy to ensure that their work requirements are meet within a timely manner.
About the role - Customer Service: Provide excellent Customer Service to new and existing clients Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback Take accountability for effective communication with both internal and external clients Promote a pro-active customer-focused team environment About the role - Administration: General office Administration tasks Collating timesheets to send off to be processed Raising invoices Managing order dispatches Customer Service backup To be successful in this role: Demonstrated experience in either Administration or Customer Service Previous experience in a similar face paced environment and able to multi task is a must Able to professionally liaise with Customers Quoting jobs General office duties as required Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing Environment What is being offered Full time work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am - 5pm (some flexibility), 38 hours per week Competitive Salary on offer Long term stable employment within a growing organisation If you feel that you have the skills and experience to work with my client, please hit the "Apply now" button.
