Our in-home and community support model encompasses activities from personal and complex care to daily living, community access, and beyond.We exist, because you matter.Your roleAs one of estara’s Operations Supervisors, you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team, focussing on our impact across Greater Adelaide.Day-to-day, you will provide operational oversight and guidance for our client services team, ensuring the seamless provision of high-quality support to our clients. Your expertise in person-centred support and safeguarding will respond to the evolving NDIS landscape, empowering our clients’ choice and control.Your keen interpersonal skills and solutions-oriented approach will be key to driving improvement initiatives, including workforce development and the optimisation of rostering processes.
