Job Description: General Finance tasks incl reconciliation of daily banking, financial transactions statements, wholesaler payments, finalising customer refunds Monitoring and management of booking queues including schedule changes Organising team trips and events (onsite as well as off site), team incentives Liaising with airlines and travel suppliers to handle general service requests Invoicing, ticketing and booking maintenance Sending pre-departure checklists to customers and reviewing their bookings Being the first point of contact for Travel Admin Assistants and Finance Assistant to help manage their workload and priorities Oversee the day to day management of the Admin team Undertake all administration related tasks to keep emails, client records Undertake general office administration duties Experience required: Experience from the travel industry in international travel consultancy or finance / admin Experience in managing a team Demonstrated administration background 'Tramada' mid office knowledge Ideally experience with a Global Distribution System (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) Experience with accounting/bookkeeping/finance tasks including the reconciling of financial statements.
The package: Competitive and flexible salary depending on experience of circa $75,000 - $82,000 + super + bonus ($2,500 - $5,000) Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm / Hybrid
