The Role:
Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Allied Health Team Manager to support our South/East team.
This could be a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in a dynamic and varied community setting with a fantastic opportunity for career progression.
As a community Allied Health Team Manager, you will provide treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments and help lead a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour support practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Responsibilities:
* Support interdisciplinary team members at dedicated hub to meet business objectives.
* Support interdisciplinary team members to develop skills and participate in hub culture.
* Achieve key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
* Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology.
* Registered with AHPRA or SPA.
* 3+ years of experience working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package).
* Sincere passion for helping a diverse range of clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Superior customer service skills and ability to establish a genuine rapport with clients.
