These contracts are initially 8-month engagements with the potential for extension.Your new roleThe Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the Performance & Goals Management Implementation Manager in delivering the change management strategy for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management implementation within the Modern ERP Program. This role ensures that change activities are effectively executed, stakeholders are engaged, and employees receive the support and training needed for a smooth transition. The Change Analyst plays a key role in stakeholder communication, change impact assessments, training coordination, and business readiness activities.
