The Director will play an integral part in building the centre's educational team and establishing the service as a leading provider of early childhood education and care in the Muswellbrook community. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Director to showcase their expertise in the Early Childhood profession. The successful applicant will play a key role in the success of our Muswellbrook Centre and will be able to collaborate with the St Nicholas leadership team. They will also possess the initiative, maturity, and leadership skills required to build a team and service in a growing community. This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Muswellbrook Service. Desired Skills and Experience EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation Demonstrated knowledge of services requirements of the CCSS (childcare subsidy system) and ability to perform software application for compliance.
