About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our team on two residential mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area. As part of our professional development team, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting research on local sales and development costs
* Working with development managers to appoint consultant teams
* Preparing and managing feasibility analysis for new acquisitions
* Assisting marketing, sales, and design leads to deliver marketing material
* Supporting development managers with monthly reporting requirements
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager on residential apartment projects. Key requirements include:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
* Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or an equivalent field
* Ability to take direction and complete tasks assigned within deadlines
* Full lifecycle development experience with problem-solving abilities
* The capacity to generate and present accurate reports to management
