As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of their stores Key Responsibilities: Create and Implement Visual Displays: Design and set up engaging and creative displays that reflect the brand and seasonal themes, driving customer interest and sales Merchandising Strategy: Execute merchandising plans that maximise store space and enhance the overall customer experience Fashion Ambassador: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and effectively analyse fashion mood boards to create strong purchase suggestions Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and store operations teams to ensure consistency in visual presentation and alignment with promotional activities Commercial Mindset: Analyse sales figures and formulate actions to maximise sales Organisational Skills: Prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of this fast-paced business and delegate effectively to ensure timely execution.
