About the role As the Service Desk System administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations and support.
You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Role Responsibilities Perform Windows system administration tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.Provide expert-level support in Service Desk operations and application support.Manage service catalog operations, incident handling, and problem resolution with precision and efficiency.Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in Windows system administration.Demonstrated expertise in Service Desk operations, application support, service catalog management, incident management, and problem management.Proficiency in Jira and Confluence usage and administration is highly desirable.The successful candidate combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to their role.
They'll have a user-focused approach to understand and address concerns effectively, and an ability to Manage multiple tasks and incidents effectively under pressure.
