With a healthy pipeline of projects, there are endless opportunities for growth in this company.The Role:Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Manage tools, materials, and equipment selection and inventory tracking.Review projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs for profitability.Prepare internal and external job status reports.Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team.
