Wilson Security are seeking the services of an experienced Contract Manager for one of our Blue Chip clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Wilson Security is expanding in Perth, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of Perth.
This growth has created new roles within our Perth team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
Location: Perth Head office – Rivervale WAFull Time role working standard business hours, with after hours on call availability and trips to site as required.Growing the performance of our client sites with regard to KPIs and budgetary requirementsClearly communicating and setting goals with your team membersSetting performance expectations to meet and exceed our client's needsSupporting security staff with strong, people focussed leadershipImplementing and monitoring management of overheads such as resourcing and labour utilisationIdentifying and delivering training requirements to field staffReporting – providing advice and recommendation on OH&S, Audits and other required reporting analysisProviding rostering support and administrative duties as requiredEnsuring all relevant documentation is updated and in line with contractual requirementDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a highly service orientated, customer and employee focussed person with a positive attitude to people and your workHave significant experience in managing multi operational sites and a large teamHave broad knowledge/ willingness to understand awards and the industrial relations frameworkExperience in the security industry is desirable however not essentialShowcase effective written and verbal communication skillsHave exemplary professionalism and presentational standardsDemonstrate your initiative and the ability to multi-task autonomouslyHold a current WA Security Licence (preferable)Have a current open WA Driver's LicenceWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
