They are seeking an EL1 Board Secretariat Specialist to join a high performing team during a time of major reform.Your new roleAs an enthusiastic, professional, and strategically focused EL1 Board Secretariat Specialist, you will lead secretariat support in the governance and administrative functions of our Board.
Your role involves managing and delivering meetings and services for the Board, implementing best practice governance initiatives, and engaging with key stakeholders.
You will provide high-quality advice, maintain records of board decisions, and support other section members.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in your role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and the Federal Government.
You will also have extensive experience in leading secretariat services for Boards and senior committees, excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills, a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality, proven ability to coordinate and manage committees, projects, and workloads, excellent relationship management skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
