You will also receive on-the-job training and business support, working in an energetic and innovative culture committed to supporting the continued growth and development of its people.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure all products are produced to company specifications and meet quality and safety guidelines.Maintain first-time quality operating within GMP guidelines at all times.Direct and control manufacturing processes and production schedules to meet market requirements.Partner with the business to ensure operations perform within budgetary guidelines.Prioritise plant breakdowns and preventative maintenance while maintaining DIFOT.Design and implement strategies to improve production performance.Provide authentic leadership and direction for the production team.About YouWe are seeking someone with relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive demonstrated experience within a FMCG environment. Strong Leadership capability and excellent communication skills are essential.
