About YouYou are an experienced and hands-on payroll manager with experience gained from another credible professional services firm.You have a passion for operational excellence and team leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.Key Requirements: 5+ years' experience in payroll management, including team leadership.Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation; experience with UK and/or Canadian payroll is highly regarded.Expertise with large payroll systems; experience with Micropay, Sage, Salesforce, Kimble, and/or FinancialForce is advantageous.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and implementing payroll systems.Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CA qualification desirable.Advanced Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset.Outstanding organisational and stakeholder management skills.
