Job Title: Facilities Manager - Retail
Join a market leading Retail Property Management Division and manage the Facilities Management of a Large Format Retail Portfolio on the Sunshine Coast.

The primary areas of focus include operational excellence in safety and compliance, sustainability initiatives, capital project delivery, tenancy coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison, and contractor management.
* Maintain operational management, establish policies and procedures, WHS and risk management compliance.
* Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and national teams.
* Ongoing maintenance management, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Key strengths required for success include previous Facilities Management experience, ideally within a retail environment, strong time management and organisational skills, proven experience in managing services contracts and performance, and the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
A driver's licence and car are required.
