Rural Support Service (hosted by Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN) Location based at Clovelly Park - Adelaide Metro Southern Salary $67,589 - $72,033 pa (pro rata) - ASO3 Temporary Full time (up to 4 August 2025) Overview The Administration Officer reports to the Operations and Research Manager and is responsible for providing executive support and administrative services to the management of iCCnet.
This role involves a diverse range of administrative tasks, including meeting coordination—organising meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
The Administration Officer also provides general HR and contract administration support, assists with referrals and electronic medical records (EMR) management, and offers broader administrative support to other managers within the team.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in decision-making are essential for success in this role.
