Do you want to work with a leading purpose driven, community-based organisation?SSI's vision is to achieve a society that values the diversity of its people and actively provides support to ensure meaningful social and economic participation and to assist individuals and families to reach their potential.About the TeamThe Clients, Partnerships and Business Growth (CPBG) unit focuses on local and international partnerships, community engagement, capacity building and training.This work informs our understanding of client needs and service delivery gaps, enabling us to bridge those gaps by expanding our existing services, developing new service types, models, partnerships and red ocean growth strategies and opportunities.This is a new role and will be part of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), based in NSW and Queensland.About the RoleDeliver outstanding training and assessment, that is of high quality, engaging, industry current and culturally responsive in vocational discipline in a classroom environment and/or on-the-job and/or online, in accordance with agreed schedules and training plans.Observe and monitor student training and assessment progression, with purposeful follow-up and advise the Training Manager with a solutions focused outcome.Manage and ensure attainment of position and contract KPI's, milestones and outcomes, ensuring Student and Stakeholder satisfaction are achieved.Provide a learning environment that is supportive and culturally responsive, that optimises successful outcomes for students.Liaise and work with industry and employers to gain industry consultation, source student placements and establish current trends and market needs.Ensure all administrative functions of the role are completed in a timely manner.Participate in the development, preparation, validation and moderation of training and assessment practice and materials and contribute to all and any continuous improvement activities.Be responsible and accountable for maintaining own currency and professional development in industry (vocationally) and in VET (Vocational Education and Training).About YouYou have an engaging personality, and are skilled at developing relationships and networks, internally and externally that will assist in the growth and the reputation of the RTO.Ideally, you will also be skilled in participating in compliance activities that are pivotal to RTO success such as industry consultation, assessment and associated learning activity development.The KPI's for this role are measured by successful outcomes, high attendance and participation, training completed within the parameters set and students that secure employment are an example.Hence why you must be passionate about delivering training and assessments and seeing students achieve.You possess the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) plus vocational qualifications to the level of or higher to that of the qualification delivered and assessed.For NSW, we are particularly interested in qualifications in;
