About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals in Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain key clinical relationships that foster product adoption.
2. Sell designated clinical products within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans that drive action and outcomes in a timely manner.
3. Provide monthly objective and sales data that identify opportunities and risks and update to Business Manager.
4. Conduct sales activities in a way that develops customer confidence and meets their needs.
5. Dedicate time to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
6. Develop education and training programs for all accounts with the assistance of Ethicon Biosurgery Manager and Professional Education solutions team.
7. Create and participate in building a strong collaborative Ethicon team across designated accounts that support Ethicon strategic initiatives.
8. Build and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all JJM staff.
9. Educate clinicians and clinical staff to utilize uptake of new medical technology and develop KOL support of new products.
10. Actively participate in nominated training programs and develop self-learning strategies to maintain knowledge.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business.
* Preferably industry experience in healthcare, MedTech or Pharma.
* Proven years of external sales success.
