We have been retained by a leading Private Equity firm that has recently invested in one of Australia’s leading IT Services / Consulting firms. This partnership will accelerate the growth strategy, strengthening its position as a market leader and expanding reach across Australia and beyond. Having built a reputation for delivering outstanding implementations and valued IT solutions for clients across a variety of sectors, they have ambitious growth plans to expand their footprint and double their workforce to a dedicated team of 500+.
You will partner with a high quality and extremely supportive CEO/GMs and high-quality Board in a role that has deep involvement at both a strategic and operational level. You will relish developing and nurturing relationships across the organisation, known already as a ‘go-to person’. With ambitious growth plans, we are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has the confidence to set agendas, make decisions, and deliver high-quality results through people. Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience from within a complex multinational IT services business and/or international professional services provider where people are genuinely treated as their greatest asset.

* Mentor others in Business Partnering that support leaders across Sales/Technical/Delivery teams (you will be expected to travel most months to partner a dispersed workforce).
* Set and drive the agenda around Talent Acquisition, Development, Culture, Performance, and Engagement.
