Talenza are seeking a Service Designer for a household name in Sydney
This will be a short term contract until the end of January with possibility to extend
What we require?
* Service Design: Lead end-to-end service design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, with a focus on improving customer journeys and service delivery.
* Research & Insights: Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies) to understand user pain points, motivations, and needs. Analyse data and use insights to inform design decisions.
* Journey Mapping: Create service blueprints, customer journey maps, personas, and other design artefacts to visualise the end-to-end service experience across both digital and physical touchpoints.
