We take mountains of rubble and transform them into high-grade civil construction materials, reducing the carbon footprint of major projects and contributing to a sustainable future.We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Site Supervisor to join our team in Epping, Victoria.In this role, you will:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asphalt production site, ensuring the safe and efficient manufacture of asphalt products according to scheduled requirements, cost standards, and quality specifications.Collaborate with management and site team to implement operational activities in line with established policies and procedures.Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, optimize resource use, and eliminate waste.Lead and manage a team, ensuring safety standards are met, and continuously driving performance improvement and production efficiency.This role is a great fit if you have:An MR Heavy Vehicle Licence and LE & LL Excavator & Loader Certificate of Competency highly advantageous, but not essential.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the asphalt, crushing, quarrying, or general earthworks industry.A track record of coaching and developing teams with a focus on performance enhancement and continuous improvement.A results-driven attitude, with a commitment to risk management and Zero Harm principles.A passion for delivering excellent customer service and high-quality results.What we offer:A competitive remuneration package.All uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and contribute to high-performing teams in a company committed to sustainability and innovation.
