Reporting to our Head of Culture, Leadership and Learning, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing impactful People and Culture initiatives across Findex—including Dynamic Working, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and performance. You will contribute towards building strategies and frameworks, create plans, and coordinate programs, events, and activities to bring these programs to life. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll shape a workplace where employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered—ultimately driving our overall business success. What will your typical week look like?
