You will oversee and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, events, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with our Head Office team to ensure alignment in reaching and engaging with our target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and content creation, to drive engagement and conversion with alignment to new products and market events.Social Media Management: Create, develop, and execute social media strategies which align with the brand and connect to our customer.Ecommerce Management: Manage website content, design, and feel to ensure customers have a seamless experience. Coordinate product launches and promotional activities online to align with the business strategy.External Marketing: Manage and review external marketing through photo shoots, catalogues and develop influencer marketing strategies where appropriate.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the business. Develop competitor analysis and ensure our brand identity is connecting with our customers.Leadership: Lead and mentor one staff member. Provide open and honest feedback and develop a framework which will allow them to thrive and develop. Demonstrate what great looks like and support them in their marketing journey.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Reporting: Create, manage, and report on business KPIs ensuring opportunities are seized upon and lead continuous improvements in metrics.Event Management: Plan and execute industry events and tradeshows with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and engage with prospective and current customers.What You Will BringProven experience as a Marketing Manager.A history of executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.Expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of branding principles.Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and a keen sense for emerging trends.Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
