Accounts AssistantRole Overview
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be joining a well established organisation where you will be responsible for both the sales and purchase ledger.
Accounts AssistantResponsibilities:
* Raising sales invoices
* Raising credit notes
* Cash allocation
* Credit control
* Processing invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing credit cards and expenses
Accounts AssistantExperience Required
* Previous experience working in a Finance team is essential.
* Sales and purchase ledger experience is essential
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience using Xero is desirable
