Administration and Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking an energetic and well-organised Administration and Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Working within a friendly team environment you will be responsible for frontline customer service and sales, customer management, general administration, and office duties.
To be successful in this autonomous role you will be naturally well-organised, highly motivated, with attention to detail and interpersonal skills. You will have previous customer service and administration experience, with the ability to prioritise and communicate openly and effectively within a dynamic team.
Core Responsibilities:
* Customer service, over the phone and email.
* Making bookings for customers.
* Answering queries from customers.
* Liaising face to face with customers.
* Liaising with service workshop and spare parts team members.
* Providing timely follow ups to customers.
* Explain repairs to customer (knowledge training will be provided)
* Manage invoicing.
* Building ongoing professional relationships with customers.
Essential Criteria:
* Exceptional customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers.
* Current Driving Licence.
* Solid attention to detail.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with exceptional time management.
* General administration including debtor management.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Must be a Team player.
