About the Program The Flying Doctor Dental Clinic works in collaboration with Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) and Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB) to provide oral health services to communities in rural Victoria. The Dental team consists of dentists, oral health therapists and dental assistants who travel to rural and remote communities to provide examinations, oral health promotion and treatment services to eligible community members. About the Role This role is so much more than a regular Dentist role! The role of the Dentist is in the provision of a range of clinical dental services consistent with the scope of practice of Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) and the Flying Doctor Dental Clinic (FDDC) including the management of patient care, patient safety, infection control, record keeping and health promotional activities.
