Job Summary
Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort seeks to expand its housekeeping team by hiring casual Common Area Cleaners.
The Housekeeping department plays a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and upholding the high standards set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner position involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the resort.
Main Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all common guest areas to the highest standards.
E nsure all areas are hygienic and visually appealing.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
* Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Good physical fitness to perform the duties required.
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
