The Role As a Technical Service Provider, you will be the face of DIT AgTech, delivering hands-on support to farmers by: Installing, configuring, and maintaining uDOSE machines across your designated territory. Training customers to perform routine maintenance and use our uHUB dashboard for real-time device monitoring. Conducting proactive inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Managing supplement mixing and delivery during installations as needed. Maintaining QA records, managing inventory, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Why Join Us? To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Diagnostic skills to troubleshoot IoT devices and address technical issues. Understanding of farming environments and the challenges they present. Proficiency in software relevant to hardware manufacturing and diagnostics. A manual car license (essential); HR truck and forklift licenses are preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively. Location & Travel This role involves regular travel within your assigned territory in SE QLD or South Australia.
