This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.You'll be working closely with our sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and internal coordination.Your responsibilities:Sales Support – assist the sales team in preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate information.Order Management – process orders from quotation to final delivery, monitoring status and ensuring smooth fulfillment.Internal Coordination – liaise with sales, logistics, production, and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Sales Administration – maintain CRM systems, track leads, and generate sales documentation.Project Management – assist in coordinating sales-related projects, ensuring timelines are met and challenges are resolved proactively.Who we're looking for:You will be a strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.You will have an exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is key in this role!You will be highly efficient & precise who is able to work quickly without compromising quality.Preferably, you will be proficient in Excel.Preferably, you will be experienced with order processing & scheduling – ensuring the correct brand and processes are followed.You will be thorough & methodical, ensuring you check your work carefully to maintain high standards.You will be a team player with a supportive mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment.You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.Ideally you will have experience of success in a similar role.You will have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.About us:Cabletech Sydney is a fast-growing specialty division of the MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) family.
