Primary point of contact for Customer Service and Business Management Administration support across Australia and New Zealand.
As a key member of the Customer Service Team, the CS Business Management Administration oversees Purchasing Administration to support Business Management operations.
This role ensures clear and effective communication with Principal Partners (suppliers), facilitating seamless business operations that are efficient, accurate, and aligned with timeline expectations, all while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Responsibilities:Oversee purchase administrationProcessing Purchase Order RequestsManage the Purchase Workflow Dashboard, handling exceptions and escalating issues as neededProcess and coordinate sample purchases through to the delivery of approved samplesOversee import/export documentation, liaising with service providers for customs clearance and container management, including direct shipmentsEnsure product compliance documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, is accurately recordedComplete all tasks within designated time-frames to ensure operational efficiencyContribute to team meetings and provide input on key initiativesReview month-end checklists to ensure key deliverables align with business expectationsComplete performance assessments within required time-framesServe as the primary contact for designated suppliers, ensuring all processes, procedures, and support functions are metGeneral Office:Support General OfficeAssist with receiving Visitors, Couriers, Answering Phones and taking Messages.Follow Company guidelines when on reception or answering phone.Finance Administration – Potential back up for some functions. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required for the rolePrevious experience in an administration role with a customer service and/or supplier management focus is essentialExperience with purchasing, order tracking, shipping, and customs clearance is desirableAdvanced typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracyStrong communication skills and excellent phone mannerProactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take action, resolve problems, and inform relevant partiesExperience in an import business is desirableProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookCompetent user of SAP B1 or similar software #J-18808-Ljbffr
