Urgent requirement of PEGA Delivery Manager - Permanent - Sydney
Requirements 10 years experience delivering Pega-based projects, including Pega platform implementation, process automation, and artificial intelligence. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively. Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Pega Customer Service, Case Management, and BPM frameworks. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.), with experience working alongside Scrum Leads and agile teams. Demonstrated ability with managing client relationships, aligning expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers. Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smart sheet, MS Project). Experience integrating Pega with APIs, Micro services, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise applications.
