About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Placement Service Data and Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will provide essential data and administration support, ensuring the Placement Service Management Team receives high-quality, timely information and advice.
You will be responsible for managing confidential administrative tasks, preparing reports, briefing notes, and conducting data collection and analysis to assist in the resolution of complex CALHN clinical issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
* Prepare reports, briefing notes, and other documentation as required
* Conduct data collection and analysis to inform service delivery
* Support the Placement Service Management Team with administrative tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who has the following skills, experience, and knowledge to thrive in this role:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in using various software packages (e.g. Excel, databases) and basic computing skills
* A background in healthcare or human services
* A deep understanding of safety, quality management, person-centred care principles, and knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
