About the Role:
This is a permanent, internal role within the sales team based in Sydney. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Attending to phone and email enquiries
2. Assisting on-road sales representatives
3. Troubleshooting and assisting customers with service via phone and internet
4. Compiling quotations, submitting tenders, processing orders, and maintaining CRM details using MS Office and our internal Operating System
5. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
About You:
You will be a team player who is a self-starter, able to take initiative, and work well under pressure.
1. Sales and service experience, ideally within a mechanical and/or electrical environment
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional phone manner
3. Proficiency in using MS Office and experience working with CRM systems
4. A current driver's license
5. The ability to work independently and within a team
6. An advantage if you have an engineering background, but not essential
