Web Developer 3 Month Contract Sydney Summary: A Senior Solution Architect is required for one of our key healthcare clients to provide technical leadership and guidance, as well as working as part of a team of Solution Architects across the organisation and business divisions, to deliver key, strategic outcomes for the organisation.
You will work with a range of SME from healthcare providers, medication management product owners and policy advisors, specialising in the healthecare sector.
This role will be responsible for technical analysis of different options, ensuring technical solutions and designs meet business, stakeholder and legislative requirements, and then ensuring the outcome and technical integrity of the provided solution.
Must Have experience: In-depth experience develop enterprise level architecture and strategy across applications and multiple technology platforms.
Supporting technical teams to solve complex problems.
Applying a highly developed knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and end-to-end solution design across functional, applications, data, integration, infrastructure and transactional, secure enterprise class systems.
Leading design and implementation of enterprise and application-level solutions, including COTS, M365, .NET software solutions, mobile applications, Azure/AWS, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
Development and optimisation of healthcare-focused solutions that ensure seamless data exchange using FHIR and HL7.
Interoperability & Integration: Design and implement EHR/EMR integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Best Practice), ensuring FHIR-based APIs, HL7 v2/v3 transformations, and leveraging platforms like Azure Health Data Services for healthcare analytics.
Healthcare Workflow Awareness: Architect solutions that align with clinical workflows, patient data exchange, and decision support systems, ensuring technology solutions effectively support healthcare operations.
Leading the analysis of current state system analysis for large and complex solutions, develop transition state (gap analysis) solution options and the appropriate documentation and artefacts in meaningful representations to benefit target state roadmaps and solution design, considering wider Agency implications when making recommendations.
What you bring?
Minimum of 5 years' experience developing enterprise level strategies and architecture for platform environments for healthcare projects or government policy projects.
Azure solutions architect certification (highly desirable) TOGAF certification (desirable) Cloud Certification (desirable) Experience with HL7 standards (desirable) Essential requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance at a minimum.
Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
