The successful applicant will be supporting one woman on a 2:1 support role from 10 AM to 3 PM, then provide support to any of the four people from 3 PM to 10 PM.We support people to live in and be a part of their community, supporting happy and positive lives. We now need added support to continue the magnificent work of our teams so that we continue putting smiles on people’s faces. You will be working within an established team to provide excellent, person-centred support to people with a learning disability and/or autism living in their own homes, enabling them to lead their lives in ways that make sense to them. We know that this is a demanding and challenging role with no two days the same, which is part of what makes it so interesting and for people with the right skills, experience, and ability it is a brilliant way to make people’s lives better in lots of diverse ways.Your key responsibilities:Support with their activities and interests.
