About the Role Reporting into the Head of Sales, the National Field Sales Manager, will lead an overall team of 14, including State Sales Managers and Territory Sales, across all Australian states and territories. This role is more than just numbers - it's about inspiring a team, forging, and maintaining strong distributor partnerships, and delivering strategic sales leadership, with heart. You will take ownership of the national sales strategy, manage key distributor relationships, and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations to ensure business objective alignment and drive market share. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, develop and motivate a high-performing national field sales team Manage distributor relationships and negotiate national trading terms Develop and support the execution of field sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on go-to-market and product strategies Analyse sales trends, data, and customer insights to inform strategic direction Embed a high-performance culture that is customer-focused and commercially driven Who We’re Looking For: This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of inspiring others, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
