About the Role
They currently seek an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager Sales & Services to lead their Flow Control Business line across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Reporting directly to the Vice President of APAC, you will drive sales growth, oversee profitability, and lead a team of talented professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
1. Drive orders and revenue growth, while enhancing market participation in the ANZ region.
2. Oversee the ANZ Region’s P&L and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
3. Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Service team, including overseeing the channel partner network.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
5. Identify potential customers and understand their equipment and service needs.
6. Communicate and execute business strategies within the organization and with stakeholders.
7. Integrate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) best practices into daily operations.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal and operational standards within the region.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven sales management experience within the Flow Control, Valves or perhaps the Pump industries.
2. Industry experience in Mining, Metals, Renewable Energy, or Gas will be highly valued.
3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear goals, delegate, and monitor performance in a matrix organization.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members and stakeholders.
5. Technical understanding of Flow Control products and their application in customer environments.
6. Strong business acumen, with a focus on delivering profitable solutions and development projects.
7. Ability to build trust, foster strong relationships, and provide high-performance, customer-centric solutions.
8. Adaptability to respond quickly to changing customer needs and operate in ambiguous situations.
