Your Responsibilities
* Maintain and leverage deep circle of influence and broker relationships
* Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to drive strong sales momentum
* Use data & insights to engage potential and existing customers and to identify opportunities
* Make cold calls as part of your acquisition approach
* Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems
* Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree will be well regarded
* Business Development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
* Experience with credit assessment and management
* Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
* Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand and identify different needs
* A passion for helping business owners thrive
* Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
