About Your New Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants, keeping both sides happy while maximizing property value. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.
Overseeing daily operations of commercial properties.
Providing exceptional tenant service by promptly addressing operational queries and requests.
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with leases and identify maintenance issues.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Maintaining health and safety standards for tenants and visitors.
Addressing tenant complaints and resolving conflicts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Keeping accurate records of property status, financial transactions, contracts, and other important documents.
Liaising with property owners through regular reports on property condition, tenancy status, financial performance, and key issues.
Assisting with rent collection, managing financial records, and preparing budgets for optimal cash flow.
Supporting marketing and leasing strategies to attract new tenants and renew existing leases.
What You Will Need
To excel as the Commercial Property Manager, you will set the standard for excellent client service while ensuring high-quality support. You should possess:
Organizational skills with a commitment to completing projects.
NT Agent's Representative Licence (preferred).
A valid Driver's Licence and Car.
Previous experience in property management is desirable.
