You'll ensure the integrity and efficiency of our financial systems, processes, and policies, including managing internal controls, compliance with statutory regulations, and funding obligations. You'll lead a finance team of 3, overseeing financial accounting, management accounting, and accounts payable, while promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
