The role will focus on supporting the service department with work allocation, administration of service-related procedures, and ensuring compliance with Aggreko procedures to deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate work to technicians in alignment with Operations/Depot/Field Managers.
* Manage operational administrative tasks in support of our technicians, including order management, purchase requisitions, report management, and other functions.
* Drive visibility, utilization, and productivity with workforce planning.
* Record and action responses to service calls in the absence of service engineers.
* Ensure service technicians are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits).
* Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Workforce Planning Manager or Operations Manager.
Requirements:
* Experience in service order management in an operational environment is highly regarded.
* Collaborative and team-oriented individual with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Effective organizational and time management skills.
* Quality-oriented individual with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
* Desirable: ERP and CRM expertise, Process improvement experience.
