Role Overview: Customer Service Consultant
As Customer Service Consultant, you will contribute to a customer-centric administrative experience within the Care Home.
Facilitating a great customer and employee experience within the Care Home, delivering excellence in all aspects of the internal and external customer journey and actively performing the duties across all three core focus areas as outlined below to ensure consistent provision of customer service:
9. Resident Placement: Warmly welcome prospectiveresidents and assist them throughout the admission process.
10. Employee Service: Enhance our team's experiencewith precise rostering, recruitment, and onboarding tasks.
11. Concierge: Provide impeccable service, be it at thereception or through any form of communication.
Skills and Experience:
12. Desirable: Certificate IV in Business Administration
13. Experience in rostering and familiarity with Kronos orpayroll systems.
14. Proficient administrative abilities.
15. Effective communication skills – both verbal &written.
16. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for customerservice.
17. Solid computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word& Excel.
